Project Description:
The project is tentatively planned to be located in the import and export processing and international capacity cooperation zone, covering an area of 100 mu. According to four processing stages:
(1). Pretreatment of raw materials and preparation of starch hydrolyzed sugar;
(2). Seed expansion culture and glutamic acid fermentation;
(3). Extraction of glutamic acid;
(4). Glutamic acid to make MSG.
The annual output of Monosodium glutamate is 30,000 tons, one production line, the annual working day is 300 days, the three-shift system is implemented, and the alcohol cycle is 40 hours.
