On the basis of successfully hosting the first Global IC Entrepreneur Conference and the 16th China International Semiconductor Expo (IC China 2018), under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, China Semiconductor Industry Association, China Electronic Information Industry The Development Research Institute and the Shanghai Economic and Information Commission jointly hosted the 2nd Global IC Entrepreneur Conference and the 17th China International Semiconductor Expo (IC China 2019).
