According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the “Regulations of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food of the United States of America on the maritime transport of berry in Mexico”, it is allowed to comply with the quarantine requirements for importing Mexican berry land and air transport (see attachment) for the import of berries.
The contents of this announcement shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
