According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the State Plant Health Supervision Bureau of the Republic of Kenya on the Phytosanitary Requirements for Kenyan Stevia rebaudiana, the Quarantine Requirements for Importing Kenyan Stevia is published, in line with the above requirements. The stevia is allowed to be imported.
This announcement is implemented as of the date of promulgation.
