According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan on the Phytosanitary Requirements for the Transplantation of Barley from China to Kazakhstan, the Quarantine Requirements for Imported Kazakhstan Barley Plants are published, which meets the above requirements. Kazakhstan barley is allowed to be imported.
This announcement is implemented as of the date of promulgation.
