The Special Management Measures for Foreign Investment Access in the Free Trade Zone (Negative List) (2019 edition) has been approved by the Party Central Committee and the State Council and is now released, effective July 30, 2019. On June 30, 2018, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce issued the Special Management Measures for Foreign Investment Access in the Free Trade Zone (Negative List) (2018 edition), which was abolished at the same time.
