According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Cambodia on the Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for Bananas in China, the bananas are allowed to comply with the Import and Export Quarantine Requirements for Banana Plants in Cambodia (see annex).
The contents of this announcement shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
