According to relevant Chinese laws and regulations and the protocol signed by China and the United States on the phytosanitary requirements for US rice export to China, US rice is allowed to be exported to China. US rice exports to China should meet the requirements for inspection and quarantine of imported US rice (see attachment).
This announcement is implemented as of the date of promulgation.
