Project Description:
The Computerized Numerical Control project is planned to be located in the advanced manufacturing functional zone of Wangcheng, Laixi City. The functional zone is located in the south of the urban area of Laixi City, with a planned area of 52.6 square kilometers. There are 12,720 mu of construction land and 12,675 mu of land for planning and construction, which can meet the needs of enterprise land.
Construction machinery is a key development industry in this functional zone. The zone has planned seven districts, they are living service areas, financial service areas, Qingdao vocational education center areas, scientific and technological achievements industrialization demonstration areas, logistics and warehousing service areas, mechanical equipment manufacturing areas and mechanical parts manufacturing.
The function zone is convenient in transportation and superior in location. The 204 national highway runs through the north and south of it. The Laixi Railway Station is also in this area. The Qingrong Light Rail and Longqing Expressway pass through the area too. The Function zone is 80 kilometers from Qingdao Port and 45 kilometers from Qingdao Airport.
The infrastructure of the zone is well-equipped, and the “Jiutong Yiping” has been basically realized. Now it has gathered the first Affinia brake system in North America, and more than forty Chinese and foreign companies such as Jimingmei Machinery for Toyota and Ford, involving machinery, textile, electronics, building materials and other industries.
The main direction of investment: to attract large machinery manufacturing enterprises to settle in, to achieve an annual output of 3,000 sets of precision CNC machine tools.
