Project Background: Fujin City is the main commodity producing area of corn planting in China. In 2017, the corn planting area of Fujin City was 1.6 million mu, and the output was 1.3 million tons. The corn planting area around the city of Fujin reached 8 million mu. The total output reached 4 million tons. These abundant corn raw material resources constitute the advantage of the production of corn starch in Fujin Jinxiang Biochemical Co., Ltd. On the basis of extending the product processing chain, the food grade maltodextrin can be directly used to produce food grade maltodextrin, which highlights the cost and environmental advantages, and increases the added value of ordinary corn starch, and is widely used as a green food ingredient in the food processing industry.
Project Scale: The maltodextrin project covers an area of 80,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 40,000 square meters. The project has an annual output of 100,000 tons of maltodextrin. The main products: First, the food industry, as ingredients for baby food (rice flour and formula milk powder, etc.), instant noodles, coffee companion, milk tea, etc.; Second, the pharmaceutical and health care products industry, mainly used for fillers and improve instant solubility.
Progress: Planning stage. Market Analysis: Maltodextrin hydrolyzes a certain molecular weight polysaccharide polymer by using liquefied enzyme at a certain temperature and pressure. The market demand for this product is currently about 3 million tons worldwide, and the potential consumption is about 5 million tons. The domestic demand is about 900,000 tons. With the increase of urban population in China, the annual growth rate is 8%.
